A New Start Here On WordPress
I just thought that I would move my blog over to wordpress because of more bells and whistles so here I am. I got that new Blendtek high speed blender and am having tons of fun with it. Yummy sunflower cheeses, easy to make crackers, green smoothies, and wonderful raw ice creams are just fighting for room in my tummy. I just don’t have the ability to eat all the things that are so good because I just get too full that I can make now but it has been a true blessing. I am going to give you my favorite green smoothie recipe but of course that will change day by day because that is how it all works.
1 ½ cup of water
A big handful of great weeds (malva, dandelion, and purslane) oh, don’t do this unless you know your weeds without a doubt
2 large curly kale leaves
1 frozen banana
1 small apple with seeds removed
About 1/3 cup of frozen mango
I also added the seeds from a cantalope I ate the day before for the nutrition but that is optional.
If you don’t positively know your weeds you can use other greens instead in their place.
I wish I could give you a sample but the taste is so sweet and after you drink this, which makes about a quart, other food is just an idea that you can choose to do without if you so wish. I am committed to make a green smoothie of different fruits and greens for a full thirty days so I can form a firm habit of it. I know my health will benefit greatly so it is worth the effort and it takes very little time. If you would like to know what this is all about and why it would benefit you just get the book Green for Life by Victoria Boutenko. A great read and she will inspire you to take control of your health!
